All Cottages Include "Free"
Wireless Internet, TV, VCR, DVD Player, 4 Canoes with Life Jackets,
Paddles, Etc.
Fishing Pier with Electricity and Fish Cleaning Area On Pier.
Each Cottage Has A Charcoal Barbecue Grill and Picnic Table
Our Cottages offer one
or two baths, one to three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and
dining areas and covered porches and decks. Linens and towels
are provided.
Our rates are based on
double occupancy and two night bookings are preferred.
One Night Booking is $125.00.
Holiday Weekends Require A 3 Night Minimum
State and Local Taxes Will Be Added.
A Visa or Mastercard
secures your reservation. A 10 day cancellation notice
is required to receive a refund.
We discourage bringing pets, although special exceptions may
apply, along with a fee.
Hodge Podge Cottages
are smoke-free. NO SMOKING inside cottages. Smoking is allowed
outdoors only.
Check-in time is 2:00
pm to 7:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 Noon - Earlier or later
by prior arrangement.

All kitchens
are fully equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave,
coffeemaker, cooking utinsils, silverware, plates and
table and chairs. All cabins have a washer and dryer except
#3 and #7.
All living rooms
have their own unique furnishings that complement the
style of the house.
