Nine Private House-Cottages

Our Cottages are cozy homes pleasingly furnished and offer one or two baths, one or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, comfortable living rooms with TV, VCR, fireplaces, porches, or decks.

Our rates are based on double occupancy. Two night bookings are preferred. State and local taxes will be added.

A 50% deposit secures your reservation. A 10 day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund. We accept credit cards, Visa and MC.

All ages are welcome. Hodge Podge Cottages are smoke-free. No smoking inside the cottages, OUTSIDE ONLY. We discourage bringing pets though special exceptions may apply along with a fee.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Check out is 12 Noon-earlier or later by prior arrangement.
